For more than 32 years, I led operations and service organizations at Emerson Electric and Vertiv, where I built teams, improved performance, and developed systems people could rely on. That experience taught me the value of discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and following a structured process—principles that guide every Home Watch visit today.

I’m a lifelong Central Ohio resident, a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a proud four-year varsity letterman in lacrosse. Those experiences helped shape my approach to both business and life: work hard, earn trust, keep learning, and always do what’s right.

When I founded Tri-Village Home Watch, my goal was simple: provide homeowners with the confidence of knowing someone they trust is looking after one of their most valuable investments while they’re away.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a golf course, exploring local parks and trails, staying active, or cheering on the Buckeyes. I also enjoy spending time with my partner, Tammy, along with family and friends.

I believe trust is earned through consistency, professionalism, and doing what you say you’ll do. That’s the standard I strive to bring to every homeowner I have the privilege of serving.
