Before your arrival home, Tri-Village prepares your property for a comfortable return — adjusting climate settings, starting hot water, and completing a final walkthrough so everything feels ready the moment you walk in.
Keyholder & Emergency Access
A trusted local contact with secure access to your home when you need it most.
Tri-Village provides secure local keyholder services for trusted vendor access, alarm situations, deliveries, and unexpected home events while you’re away.
Your keys are securely maintained, all services are homeowner-authorized, and prompt local assistance is available when needed.
Secure keyholder service available for $99 annually. Requested services are billed hourly with a one-hour minimum.
On-Demand Home Support
Flexible, as-needed support to handle the details while you’re away.
As-Needed Home Support
We handle vendor access, coordinate services, and take care of property needs—so you don’t have to manage it remotely.
Vehicle Exercise & Care
